Join me every Tuesday at 10 AM EST for a 30-minute gentle morning movement yoga-inspired session designed to wake you up and set the tone for a calm, energized day.
This is your mid-morning reset — the perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and feel amazing.
Whether you’re brand-new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome here. Let’s move, stretch, and start your day feeling recharged.

This is a ‘pay what you want’ class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you’d like to leave me a ‘tip’ or ‘buy me a coffee’ you can do so with a credit card when you register or find me on venmo at Reps and Relax.
Replays are not included with the daily live class. You can find the entire library of replays by becoming a member for $15 per month auto-pay.

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)
3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.
4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
Class cancellations may occasionally happen at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or an emergency. While cancellations are rare, pre-registrants will receive an email notification if a class is canceled. I appreciate your understanding and flexibility!
Kara Jaeger has been practicing yoga for 15 years, inspired by her passion for fitness, wellness, and mindful movement. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Full Circle Yoga School in early 2025, bringing a wealth of experience to her teaching.
In addition to being a certified ACSM personal trainer and licensed massage therapist, Kara has been running her own business, Reps and Relax, for five years, serving clients both locally in the Florida Keys and virtually. Her online yoga classes are designed to help individuals build a sustainable self-practice from the comfort of their homes, accommodating even the smallest of spaces. Kara’s teaching style encourages accessibility and consistency, empowering her students to embrace the transformative benefits of yoga, no matter where they are in their journey.
